D. director; senior research fellow of IC2 (Innovation, Creativity & Capital) Institute of university of Texas at Austin (USA), World Business Academy (WBA, Menlo Park, California USA), Entovation International (Boston, USA) and etc.

Moderator’s prologue: It seems that "innovation" is not an innovational topic, but “Soft Technology” we talk about today is an innovation on recognition of technology. What is soft technology?
