The function
It is a support tool for enterprise's internal diagnosis & decision-making; a support tool of enterprise evaluation for trade management department, science and technology administration agencies, financial institutions and etc.; a support tool of enterprise diagnosis and consulting for professional consultant and diagnostic experts. This system could be applied to evaluation and consulting for industrial enterprises, commercial enterprises, financial institutions and other service enterprises.

Technical Features
It is powerful tool for enterprise evaluation and consulting that systemize a mass of information needed in the process of management consulting and business guidance such as domestic and international economy, business environment, business knowledge, diagnostic techniques, management experiences, and etc. by software, then endows them with the functions of ratiocination & estimation. The system employs 11 models, in which each module observed & evaluated the enterprise from different angle and formed an independent module respectively. These modules are combinative according to the different main body of the evaluation, and pay attention to the visualization for the evaluation process.

The Initiative
Product Structure Analysis, Resource Structure Analysis, the Radar Map and etc. are the approaches introduced & developed from foreign management techniques, but it’s the first time to develop & apply “J” Comprehensive Evaluation, Growth Style Analysis, quantifying the Radar Map and etc..
